Among the biggest cryptocurrency assets, $XRP has had the best daily ETF flow result. It is now the only significant spot cryptocurrency ETF category to draw in new investment, while Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and Hyperliquid products all saw withdrawals.

$XRP reaches breakthrough threshold

According to the most recent spot ETF data from September 8, the net inflows for $XRP products were about $1.55 million. Although the amount is modest in absolute terms, it is noteworthy when compared to rival assets.

Bitcoin ETFs ended a three-day inflow streak with net outflows of $46.65 million. Ethereum followed with $24.29 million in outflows from spot products, while Hyperliquid ETFs experienced withdrawals of $12.96 million. A smaller $667,720 outflow was reported by Solana. As a result, $XRP was the only asset among these five that had positive daily flows.

Additionally, the overall view is still positive. Five U.S. spot $XRP ETFs have net assets of about $1.51 billion and cumulative net inflows of about $1.69 billion. In just the past 30 days, $XRP products have brought in about $173 million.

Is $XRP in pre-breakout territory?

When compared to the underlying market, the divergence becomes especially intriguing. Following its significant August breakout, $XRP is currently trading between $1.39 and $1.40 and is still above the long-term moving average at $1.35. Buyers have so far avoided a total reversal toward pre-breakout territory, even though the initial rally has cooled.

Though its ETF flows have gone negative for the day, Bitcoin is likewise consolidating around $79,000 following its swift recovery. Despite its ETF outflow, $HYPE is still near its recent highs of $86, while $SOL is holding around $104 following its surge toward $110.

However, a single successful session should not be taken as proof that institutional capital is firmly shifting to $XRP. At about $55.59 billion, Bitcoin's total ETF inflows are still much higher.

The current divergence may be a sign of relatively higher institutional demand if inflows continue while BTC, $SOL, and $HYPE products find it difficult to draw in capital. As of right now, $XRP has emerged victorious in the daily ETF flow comparison; however, confirming a significant trend will require a few more positive sessions.
