LuLu Financial Holdings, a financial services group headquartered in Abu Dhabi, and CreataChain have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore the integration of CreataChain’s blockchain infrastructure in a controlled sandbox environment.
The evaluation will focus on the technical capabilities of CreataChain’s core ledger, smart contracts, interoperability tools, and developer infrastructure. The companies may test node deployment, wallet and SDK integrations, smart contracts, transaction verification, and communication between different blockchain networks.
The tests will use only synthetic data, test accounts, and simulated transactions. No live customer data, production systems, payments, remittances, settlements, or customer assets will be involved.
LuLuFin will provide feedback on the infrastructure, operational requirements, and possible integration paths. CreataChain will provide access to its blockchain infrastructure, developer tools, wallet integrations, smart contract environment, blockchain explorer, and technical documentation.
The MoU does not represent the launch of any payment, remittance, stablecoin, tokenized deposit, custody, exchange, or other regulated financial service. Any future commercial or regulated activity would require separate agreements, regulatory review, security assessments, and internal approvals.
