Reliability Work Alongside Capacity

Capacity is only half the roadmap. Heimdall v2 cut finality from one to two minutes down to about 5 seconds. The Ithaca upgrade, activated on mainnet on July 29-30, 2026, added automatic failover so the chain keeps processing payments if a block producer stalls, plus filters to block oversized transactions.
